Size guide

Our pieces are cut to a considered silhouette and run true to size. Traditional pieces — agbada, kaftans and boubous — are designed to drape, so size to your body measurements rather than sizing up for room. If you sit between two sizes, size up for outerwear and down for shirting. All measurements below are body measurements in centimetres, not garment measurements.

Fila & caps — head circumference

Measure around the widest part of the head, just above the ears and mid-forehead.

How to measure

Chest / bust — around the fullest part, tape level under the arms.
Waist — around the narrowest part of the natural waist.
Hip — around the fullest part, roughly 20cm below the waist.
Length — for agbada and kaftans, from the shoulder seam to where you want the hem to fall.
Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over underwear rather than clothing.

Beads, jewellery and other accessories are one size unless a size is shown on the product.
